I advise all Kashmir valley job seekers to not apply for any government posts, instead prefer begging as a profession, if there is nothing. What the government wants is exploitation of Kashmiri man power, they will recruit every one of you who apply because you fools are giving them five young ripe years of your God given blessed life for almost free. Then they say that if they like you, they will get you on permanent roles. Isn't there anything else from what you may earn your living after you get degrees. There are hundreds of independent jobs online, get your self skilled for any damn thing and you'll see how invaluable you are guys.
Fifty thousand people applied for KAS prelims last year giving away 50000*500 rupees in shape of form fees. Approximately ten thousand people in Kashmir qualified for the mains exams of Kashmir administrative services. They spent 10000*500 rupees form fees for mains and than started the actual mahayud (a huge war) for qualifying to the interview, war of politics, recommendations, books, literature, material, bribery and other resources for reaching selectors. About one thousand were extracted out of ten thousand for reaching interview level. Sixty seven finally got placed as KAS officers on different kinds of state bureaucratic services and will get settled to spend enriched, confident, powerful and luxurious lives till retirement and even thereafter to some extent .
What is the main fun of whole thing is that we all know their original jobs would be theft, bureaucracy, dirty politics, no change and hence no benefits for the society or a common man, and all making waste of time and people's money. Worst among all this is that , in future the new comers will again follow same procedures of finding ways for more and more bucks and would allow the same old processes of fake recruitment that they themselves followed once and the process of garam bazaari would continue .
Sorry to say boss but a common man faces injustice everywhere whether it is Kashmir or outside Kashmir, and you 'll see the same in future also by the grace of recruitment administrators.
So brothers and sisters take my word , don't go for it, don't waste your time, money and energy ,on studying Indian structure rather prepare yourself for freedom of expression, freedom of trade, business, economy, natural rsurces of Kashmir and their utilzaton, and think for the common man, you will see, that we shall overcome......
